Life Codes for Limitlessness

Functional Health-Wellness-Performance Coaching

An innovative personal development methodology based on a complex systems perspective of fitness, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral theory.

fuSIon Philosophy

Evothrive is based on Functional Systems Integration (fSI). Nicknamed “fuSIon,” fSI is a philosophy of limitless intelligence that is fundamentally rooted in a hierarchical perspective of complex systems, based on the concept of the holon – something that is a system and part of a system at the same time.

Theory

fSI focuses on three levels of the holon. Starting from the top of the hierarchy, these levels are referred to as:

  • Supersystem
  • System (Center)
  • Subsystem

The Center of focus is on the System. The System is a holon because it is a whole, in and of itself, and it is also a part of the Supersystem. The Subsystem is also a holon because it is also a whole, in and of itself, and it is a also part of the System.

There may be multiple Subsystems on a single level under a System.

Practice

By considering these three levels, we may be able to broaden our perspectives past the single-level, binary views humans tend to exhibit. Of course, there are an infinite number of levels in the universe, and they may certainly be explored in fSI, but we must begin by looking past the first one.

The aim of practicing the fSI philosophy is to be conscious of the integration necessary across Subsystem and Supersystem levels of the System in order to trend toward limitless possibility.

The limitless balance across these systems may be referred to as “fuSIon” or “Fusion” – nicknames for fSI. A more formal term is “holostasis.

Level-Up Your

Mind-Body-Universe

The methodology behind the progression of Evothrive is grounded in Chronobiopsychosocial Infinitude and inspired by the philosophy of The Headless Way.

The Headless Way

Baby

The Baby sees itself from its unlimited point of view. It only sees itself from its internal perspective, so it doesn’t see it’s own head.

To itself, it is headless.

Child

The Child begins to see itself from a delimited point of view. It begins to see itself from the external perspective.

It notices its head, yet still sees the headless view.

Adult

The Adult sees itself from a limited point of view. It only sees itself from the external perspective.

To itself, it has a head, replacing the headless view.

Seer

The Seer sees itself from a limitless point of view. It sees itself from an integration of the external perspective with the headless perspective. To itself, it has a head, yet still sees the headless view.

It is in fuSIon.

Evothrive Meta‑System

Conceptual

The mental dimension is the control center of the system where perception forms to link one’s physical self to the experiential world.

Experiential

The external dimension is the encompassing system where life is experienced through the interaction of the material world with time.

Health

Biology

The physical dimension of health in the Evothrive system focuses on nutrition and circadian rhythm, and is grounded in Evolutionary Biology.

Psychology

The mental dimension of health in the Evothrive system is grounded in Positive Psychology.

Sociology

The external dimension of health in the Evothrive system is grounded in Structural Functionalism.

Wellness

Body

The physical dimension of wellness concerns stress regulation and our fitness in terms of the ability to receive information through our senses.

Mind

The mental dimension of wellness concerns our cognition and mindfulness to learn in terms of consciousness and intention.

Universe

The external dimension of wellness concerns our natural world and the limitlessness to interact in terms of our behavior.
